Behind the Vision:
Josh Felber is the driving force behind FLBR Motorsport, the family-led program supporting the Felber identical twins’ rise through open-wheel racing. From the moment Cash and Roman said “we want to race,” Josh went all in by building a full-scale racing operation from the ground up. He handles scheduling, coaching, partnerships, logistics, and strategy.
With a background as a 5x Inc. 5000 entrepreneur and 2x Emmy-winning filmmaker, Josh brings structure, discipline, and media savvy to FLBR.
Josh assembled a team around the boys that includes:

- Top-tier teams like Fortec Motorsport
He’s the reason this operation runs like a professional program, not a weekend project.
Fortec Motorsport
A Top-Tier Junior Formula Team
Founded in 1989, Fortec is one of Europe’s most respected junior teams, boasting wins and titles across Formula Renault, F3, and British F4.
Fortec alumni include:

- Stoffel Vandoorne
Fortec has raced in every season since British F4 began, with multiple wins each year and a championship to their name. It’s a team built to develop drivers for the next level.
For 2026, Cash and Roman Felber join Fortec to compete full-time in British F4. It’s the most serious environment they’ve entered, the right platform for real development, real racing, and real career progression.
